Biogen Carbogen Ls 900G - Lemon Lime

Biogen Carbogen Low GI Carbo Loader is an Informed-Sports certified supplement formulated for carbo-loading and intra-exercise nutrition. It utilises Palatinose, a low glycaemic carbohydrate source that provides sustained energy release while supporting muscle glycogen storage during carbo-loading phases.

The lemon lime flavoured powder is designed to be mixed with water and consumed before or during endurance activities. Instructions: Mix 2 rounded scoops (50g) into 500ml water, shake well and take a few sips every few minutes, starting in the 60 minutes prior to the session. Take 500ml per hour, or more if required by individual sweating rate. (Pre-Event, Male): Mix 3 rounded scoops (75g) into 650-750ml water, and shake well.

Intake should be 3 times daily, between meals. (Pre-Event, Female): Mix 2 rounded scoops (50g) into 450-500ml water, and shake well. Intake should be 3 times daily, between meals. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place (protect from moisture).
